Taste is terrible....... and..
I had a crazy reaction to these; tingling that started in my throat and moved around my head and shoulders. Then intense nausea. I am sure it was the additional herb blend that is added to the Magnesium. Magnesium in general has never caused this reaction. Just be careful and know what's on the label. Also, I definitely think these gummies taste terrible! Blah!
