Strong suction adheres to window. Works best for me when I place it on the upper right window pane and press the left cleaning button on the remote and the automatic water spray. The water sprayer is located on the left and dispenses a very light spray that is close to the machine. It cleaned my 2 sliding glass doors inside and out except for the corners which can't be accessed by round pads. It cleaned the inside of my windows well except for the corners. If you use manual spray and oversaturate the pads, the unit will slip down. Just use the automatic spray. Unfortunately it will not work on the outside of my windows because there is not enough of a frame for it to contact and so it goes over the ends. I was not able to maneuver it manually to overcome this. If you have weak or arthritic hands, it will be difficult to install and remove the cleaning pads. I am happy with this machine. I will get one of the window cleaner sprays that attaches to the hose to do the outside of my windows.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase the latest model (black) because of the spray mechanism, yet I never seen it spray. Wondering if there is something wrong, Also the directions are not a good as I would of hoped for, all the reviews with videos are the older model (white one) Yet it states it sprays. I have 30 days to play with this to see if it sprays. Also I assumed the charging of the battery you do not need the power cord attached. Again, directions are vague. I will add to this review as I use it the next several weeks. It does do an exceptional job.

Does not work well and it will die within in less than 6 monts.

Did not work well for me it left marks on the Windows like buffing marks all around. Course it couldn't get the corners. Just not worth using. Had to clean the window after using it to make it look normal. I ended up buying another Square window cleaner that also uses vacuum and it worked fantastic so I will keep the second one. I did return this unit as it wasn't worth keeping
