Fantastic product.There's very few negatives and those are more gripes then negatives.The only 2 negatives that come to mind is that the light bar itself and the connector at the base, is just a little too long and very hard to stuff the cable into the base once you pull it out to connect. (The instructions say to stuff it back in).The 2nd issue, is that while the base is a speaker and it sounds really good, if you hsve more then 1, they don't sync. So you cant have both playing music at the same time to create a sudo surround sound affect. You will need a external Bluetooth device capable of pushing audio to multiple sources at once. (Most phones can do this) but it's still sad to see it's not a native feature.Onto the good.The RGB affect is *chefs kiss* perfect. The colors are amazing. You can control the lights in segments so you can do various colors going up/down the light.Speaking of the light. It's diffused. So instead of being a LED in your face, it's behind thick semi clear rubber, that makes the light softer without removing from the quality. This also makes it so unlike a light bulb that's just...in your face bright. This light is very soft and doesn't hurt to look at head on. It also, on low, offers minimal to no reflection on your TV set. (Depending on placement of of course).As for the speakers mentioned above, they sound great. Not very deep but clear and loud. You ain't gonna be shaking windows, but you won't be baseless either.Long story short, I stand by every product I've bought from govee and have 2 of these lamps in my living room and it's very much "modernized" my living room.

I love this Light Floor Light so much!! I upgraded from the $99.00 version of the Floor Light Pro to this one, and I’m happy I did. This one is so much nicer. This version stands taller bc it has a lit base. The base contains a speaker so u can hear different white noise and other sounds; it includes a sensor to respond to music being played on another device, and it responds to its own music with distant light patterns. The device has Bluetooth connectivity, but I think the less expensive one also does. This version also comes with a remote control, which is handy, but u need to open up the app on your iPhone to change the settings, such as to pick one of many different preset scenarios.I recommend this product. It is a big step up from the company’s less expensive models. I love that the lighted pole is so high; I like the lit base and the sounds it can produce. I’m always using the white noise sounds. There may be 30 or more sounds from which to choose.Treat yourself to at least one of these. I’m now buying a second one, which was never my plan, but I like the floor light so much that I decided to splurge. I recommend you do the same, you won’t regret it.

This Govee Floor Lamp Pro is genuinely impressive and definitely lives up to the hype, earning a solid 4 stars from me. It's a fantastic addition to my living room, offering way more than just basic illumination.First off, the lighting itself is top-notch. The brightness is outstanding – the claimed 2100 lumens on the white light settings feel accurate, easily lighting up a significant portion of the room. The color range is vast, from warm to cool whites (2200k-6500k) perfect for task lighting or ambiance, and the RGBIC LEDs produce incredibly vibrant and smooth color gradients. The ability to rotate the light pole 300 degrees is a smart design choice, allowing for flexible directed or indirect lighting. It's tall and feels well-built, fitting nicely into a modern decor style.Where this lamp truly shines is the Govee Home app integration. The level of control is fantastic. You can customize the pole and base lighting segments separately, choose from a huge library of gorgeous pre-set scenes (85+!), create your own, and sync the lights to music. The built-in Bluetooth speaker is a neat addition – it's not audiophile quality, but it's decent enough for casual listening and makes the music sync feature seamless. The white noise function is a surprisingly welcome bonus for relaxation or focus. Setting schedules and integrating with Alexa works flawlessly.So, why 4 stars instead of 5? My only real reservation comes down to ecosystem integration. The Govee app is powerful, and while I can group this Floor Lamp Pro with my other different Govee lights (Floor Lamps 1 and 2) to turn them all on or off together, I can't synchronize the complex lighting effects or color scenes across the different models. True, dynamic lighting sync seems limited to groups of identical lamps. It's a bit of a missed opportunity for those of us invested in the Govee ecosystem who want a unified lighting experience across various product types. If I could also nitpick, I would wish that the rotation was also controlled from the app. That was a truly missed opportunity by Govee in my opinion.However, as a standalone smart lamp, the Govee Floor Lamp Pro is absolutely brilliant. It's bright, versatile, packed with features, and highly customizable via the excellent app. If you're looking for one superb floor lamp or plan to buy multiples of this specific model to sync together, you'll likely be thrilled. Highly recommended, with just that one caveat for wider Govee ecosystem users.
