Quality of product is very durable. I love the different heat levels which comes with instructions to inform you which heat level is best for what hair type. It will definitely straighten your hair as described. I had a good hair length and shine even after using product. It did cut the speed and time of doing my hair shorter but definitely recommend not to do big pieces at a time.

I absolutely love this! It's a game changer. My hair is thick and wavy and this wand did the trick! Took less time than what it would have with a regular 2 plated straightener.
