hydrates well and tastes great

This stuff is amazing, does the job and tastes like fruit juice, absolutely no aftertaste. The only hydration sachet it doesn’t beat is pedialyte which is very hard to get at sensible prices in the UK. I’ve had the strawberry and passion fruit liquid iv flavours, I wish they would release the other flavours in the UK (the US has countless flavours), hopefully they’ll come soon.

Effective in maintaining hydration levels, I noticed less of an urge to use the bathroom after drinking half a litre of this. Only negative is it’s very sugary. I recommend adding to a litre of water instead of 500ml so it’s more diluted

I was sceptical of Liquid IV initially but decided to try it out. I’ve now re-purchased twice. I can honestly say that this has helped me so much, particularly whenever I woke up with a hangover! It really gets rid of thirst and makes me feel a whole lot better almost immediately. I also sometimes have it after a workout if I feel really de-hydrated. Works wonders! I’ve tried the Passion Fruit & Strawberry flavours and prefer Strawberry.

Great product.. i use it to help replace my mineral salts etc after gym and relive leg cramps at night . Nice flavour too

I’ve wanted to try electrolytes for a while and saw these recommended online by my Pilates instructor so though I would try! The taste in my opinion is fairly strong, so it’s not something I would look to take everyday! I dissolved one sachet in my 700ml water bottle and topped up throughout the day, I ordered the drink when it was more diluted, with a shake the powder dissolved easily. Though I did feel they were effective, as I wasn’t glugging down so much water and still feeling thirsty! More of a maintenance supplement rather than increasing energy levels for me.

Been using this product for a few month now. Hydrates you very fast. Absolutely love it. My go 2 every morning before my coffee.

I’ve bought these before but not on Amazon. What I paid for 6 sachets is unbelievable. When I saw them on Amazon for this price it blew me away for 15 sachets I decided to buy x 2 which gives me a months, supply. This is one of the better brands compared to what I have had in the past. The lime flavour is nice. This is the first time trying the Tropical. I’ll do a review on flavour later date.
