well thought and executed journal-simple but effective
I was looking for something simple but very effective journal that I could use.The make and feel of the journal is very good. The cover is supple and comes packaged well. The beauty of this journal, in my opinion, is how simple it keeps- 3 things to be grateful, 3 things you want to affirm yourself and 3 habits that you want to build on.Obviously, you will not overwhelm yourself with 3 different habits every day-but being persistent about it.Out of the hundreds of things I have purchased on Amazon, this probably stands in the top 15.I am very happy I got it and for some one who wants to embark on something exciting this is a great place to start.Thoroughly recommend it.

A realistic plan to stick to — no fancy fluff
I've tried out several types of guided/structured journals to keep my days organized and stick to the goals. While I got moderately successful results with some, I never truly got what those products promised—the ultimate productivity and a sense of accomplishments. The journals/planners tend to be either overly rigid which requires a lot of work or too loosely structured to be useful as a routinized exercise.I personally find this journal's minimum structure very attractive for that matter. It feels manageable and attainable, and doesn't evoke an overwhelming feeling of "more work to do" after my daily work is done. The overall production quality is nice and feels good to touch, and the balance between structured elements and open space is pleasant. I'd definitely give it a try.

Decent With Some Problems, and Expensive
This is a type of ‘low content’ book in that the daily journal pages are virtually identical except for different quotes. At the end of each week is a page to reflect on “weekly wins” and ways to improve moving forward. There’s a brief intro section which seemingly presents a watered-down ‘second-wave’ CBT approach. Sprinkled throughout are longer journaling prompts with ample writing space, that are interesting points of self-reflection and probably the best part of the book. The pages and cover are very nice quality with a premium feel. Its philosophy is “continuous improvement in every area of life, striving to get 1% better each day.” This ideology reflects a perspective of linear progression reflective of mainstream self improvement culture which can be problematic for a variety of reasons, including maintaining a mindset of never being good enough. Focusing on self-acceptance, accepting our limitations, learning to listen to the body’s wisdom, and respecting the larger seasons containing cycles of doing/growth and being/rest may be more worthwhile aims. Also, this same company sells another similar book for $14 while this book is currently listed for $47. I don't have the other book and can't directly compare, but something to keep in mind. For $47 I would expect significantly more content out of this book but I don't see that compared to their own alternative product or other products on the market.

One of the best journals
This is hands down one of the most well thought out journals that I’ve had the pleasure of using and reviewing. The packaging was really nice. It came in a nice box and was wrapped in tissue paper. It really makes it feel special-as if you’re embarking on big things in the future!I love how they have topics at the end of every week. It gives you something to think about. I like the qi k daily check ins as well!I seldom give 5 stars, but i really felt this journal deserved it. The people who created it put a lot of thought into it! Well done!

Love the concept!
I went to start using it but when I realized that the week starts on Monday and they've made it really difficult to start in the middle of the week it became a kind of oh I'll do it later and then later never happened. I still think it's a great idea I'm just struggling with starting on a Monday specifically because of the way it's laid out. There's these inserts that you're supposed to do at the beginning and end of each week and it just kind of feels weird to me to not do it when you start. So maybe that's just me.

Really cool concept
In the beginning of the journal, it asks about some goals and aspirations long term. Each week follows up with something similar but on a smaller scale. I love how it redirects your thoughts and keeps you aware of your behaviors. It is well-constructed and the cover feels and looks fantastic. the paper quality is quite nice as well.

Great gift idea
I ordered this after one of my kids was MISERABLE all day long. She then mentioned writing makes her feel better.I got this as a gift for her to possibly help her through those moments.I flipped through a lot of the pages and read the quotes and suggestions. Nothing I came across felt inappropriate, political or anything like that. It seems like a genuine approach to mental and personal wellbeing without any types of agendas or anything like that. The packaging is really nice. Everything comes in a protected plastic so it’s free from the elements during shipping.Overall I’m happy with this, it’ll be a great gift.

Excellent for guided journaling/habit setting
If you're looking to get into journaling, this is a great option. It guides you through some basic prompts daily: gratitude/habits/priorities, and provides a place for end-of-day reflection. It's a good size (easy to throw into a bag) and well-made. The pages are of good paper, and the cover is very nice looking. If you're purchasing as a gift, the packaging is a nice touch. It's a little pricey, but I've seen similar formats of lesser quality at a similar price.
