Spa Ozone Generator Water, Ozone Generator for Cold Plunge, Hot Tub Ozone Generator, 50mg/h, FQT-124

I had been getting random breaker trips while after using the jets, however never when the 5 minute jet cycling happens twice a day. Only when I am sitting in the tub and decide to run the jets for 10 minutes or so. I suspected the old Ozone generator, as it comes on after the gets run, and I suspected some king of back pressure getting past the check valve.So, I replaced it with this one, just cutting the old tube off at the generator, and inserting the new check valve at the end of the old line, then into the new line on the other side. Then I made a complete Hartford loop as high as i could get it, and inserted the end into the new generator. I could not reach the old aspirator valve and old check valve, so I just left them in place.Testing was good, with no failures, and as an added bonus, the new generator produced lots more tiny ozone bubbles that the old one did, even though rated the same 50mg/h. I am very pleased with this ozone generator one month into it's running without incident.

If using for coldplunge, I would HIGHLY recommend plumbing in a ball valve before the filter. If you T from the water line to create a path for the water to bypass the filter and go to the venturi, you need to put a ball valve infront or behind the filter so you can slow the flow thru the filter and force more flow thru the venturi. You're looking for lots of bubbles coming out of your outlet, thats how you know its working right.I run my ozone on a timer twice a day for 1hr segments, you can find programmers on here.
