Customer service
Bought these and they worked perfectly for about 12 weeks, then all of a sudden 12 bulbs stopped working. Got in touch with Ollny and after emailing each other to find out exactly what has happened, and with no outcome reached. They obliged by sending a replacement out, which duly arrived and is up and glowing again. Can't recommend this company enough, they went above and beyond to help out. I wouldn't think twice to order off Ollny again. You should be proud of your customer service record. Once again Ollny thank you.
