Great quality camera for not a lot of money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had good reviews and the price was rightCamera functionality:Very high-quality camera gives very good pictures and videos.Quality:The main screen seems very rugged. I have no issues.Works well:Very easy to useValue for money:Very good value it came with a 27% off coupon which made it even better. As an HVAC technician this is a good quality camera for little money.Battery life:So far the battery has lasted quite a while. I have not had to recharge it since I’ve had it and I use it 3 to 4 times a day and 4 to 5 days a week.Flexibility:The semi rigid camera cable is good enough to hold it in place but yet it is flexible enough to go around corners and slight bends in ductwork and piping.

Great customer service and warranty.
4 stars for the product but an additional star for the customer service. Bought one of these about a year ago and loved it. small enough profile to fit into small spaces and do borescopes of engine cylinders. The picture quality was great, the dual lens and SD card slot very useful, as well as a good number of settings for a variety of situations. The LED with controllable brightness is great, however that failed about a year later. I reached out to their support email on their website with my Amazon order number and explained to them the situation along with picture proof that the LED was not working. They promptly responded and sent me a knew unit and followed up to make sure the replacement unit worked. The warranty is 24 months, and even the replacement is covered by the warranty. From initial email to receiving the replacement was about 3 days. The camera was cheap enough that I'd have likely just bought another, but the warranty and customer service is what stands out the most.

Works as far as you can get it to go
The triple camera is huge because at some point you'll likely get stuck. The price was fair, the pictures and movies good. We needed to go up to about 35 feet (we only got 15, but it was enough to find a leak).Pros:- Nice case- Good pictures, by and large- Can pick 2 sides as well as forward views- Nice and long- Reasonably stiff (see 'Cons')- Comes with microSD card that works fine- USB-C charging- The physical buttons work well- Holds in the hand pretty wellCons:- Re-rolling it to fit in the case is a chore. It bends and holds a shape- You have to stop a video to change the view- The interface is a bit funky, although it does so little it is possible to get mostly used to it quickly- It can't go far around corners on its own, it just bunches up- Isn't marked with distance measurements on the cable (we had to put tape on it it to find out once to removed it from the pipe)- You have to stop the video to get a still, and you'll forget to restart the videoWishes- Taped to a fish tape, it'll go as far as the tape goes, but an articulating head would be nice (all the ones I found with that feature were too short)

Amazing results with tool, great quality and value
Having recently purchased a 2002 Jeep TJ Wrangler, I was in need of a way to inspect the frame of this vehicle. Jeeps in this age range are notorious for rust, so I wanted to assess the inside of the frame so that I could take the correct actions. I recently had the opportunity to use the DEPSTECH 5.0MP Borescope for a frame inspection on my Jeep TJ, and I must say that I was impressed with its performance. Here's my detailed review of the product:Firstly, the display of the borescope is excellent. The 5-inch monitor is large and provides images and videos that are much clearer than other scopes. This provides crystal clear views from any angle allowing for overall inspections or honing in on fine details. The length and flexibility of the borescope cable were more than sufficient for my needs. It allowed me to reach all the desired inspection areas within the narrow passages and corners of the Jeep TJ frame. The cable felt sturdy and durable, which gave me confidence in its ability to withstand the demanding environment of a frame inspection. One standout feature of the DEPSTECH borescope was its dual camera with lights. These lights provided ample illumination, even in dark and hard-to-reach areas of the frame. A simple toggle between viewing angles was crucial for capturing clear and detailed images and videos, enabling me to identify potential issues with ease.In terms of image and video quality, the 5.0MP resolution delivered impressive results. The visuals were sharp and detailed, allowing me to closely examine the frame for any signs of rust, corrosion, or damage. The ability to capture both images and videos was highly beneficial, as I could document the condition of the frame and refer to the footage later if needed.During the inspection, the borescope performed admirably. It smoothly maneuvered through the frame, providing me with a clear view of critical areas such as the rear frame sections, crossmembers, and suspension mounts. The real-time feedback on the app's screen was responsive, ensuring a smooth and seamless inspection process. One aspect worth mentioning is the durability of the DEPSTECH 5.0MP Borescope. It appeared to be well-built and capable of withstanding the rigors of automotive inspections. While I cannot comment on its long-term durability based on a single use, the initial impression was positive. The very sturdy hard-sided carrying case protects the scope with foam padding and keeps all components in a safe location.Overall, I found the DEPSTECH 5.0MP Borescope to be a reliable tool for frame inspections on a Jeep TJ. Its compatibility, length, flexibility, lighting, image/video quality, and user-friendly app all contributed to a satisfying experience. The ability to capture clear visuals and document the condition of the frame was invaluable.Based on my experience, I would highly recommend the DEPSTECH 5.0MP Borescope for anyone seeking a reliable and versatile tool for frame inspections. I can also see many other households uses for the DEPSTECH 5.0MP Borescope. It offers excellent value for its features and performance, making it a worthwhile investment for automotive enthusiasts and professionals alike.

A tool you didn't know you needed. But you do!
The scope is a lifesaver. I bought for an engine job to save myself a few thousand. I will say, the camera worked perfect and helped me with the work. I seriously couldn't have done it without the camera. I have since used it for many things. You need this in your tool bix, clear color picture. Lit end and is small enough to get the the bottom of a glow pkug hole in a 6.6 LML...

Great product and warranty service
Works great and easy to use. Worked reliably for a year and then suddenly would not turn on for me. I wrote to their customer service email and received a prompt response. They guided me through troubleshooting and when that didn’t work, they promptly sent me a replacement unit. Great support!
