Really good stuff. It's really fume-y so a face mask is a must. Once it's sat for a few hours be prepared to scrub within an inch of your life and rinse, rinse, rinse.I would recommend using this in sections to save your arms.It seems to soften the resin grout but can only be removed by scrubbing.It does work, but it's not fun to use.Also noticed it softens the top layer of the actual grout in between the tiles, so if that hasn't been finished very clean, this helps to smooth it out.

I used this to remove some epoxy grout residue from mosaics. Epoxy grout (2 part mix) is super strong and so was not removing easily. I tried loads of things. I spoke to the manufacturers technical team and they recommended this product. It worked a treat. The residue came of with ease. Just brushed on, left for 30 mins and then removed with a brush and plenty of water. Well worth the money.

Tried it twice and followed the instructions. Didn’t even fade. Waste of money

I had resin stains on my Indian sandstone patio after using the brush in 2k grout.I was absolutely gutted and very nervous to use any product as know sandstone can be terrible for staining.I tried a small patch and seemed okay so dived in and tackled a full slab. Painted it on using a brush over the whole slab, left it for c2 hours (times did vary as weather got quite warm) and then washed it off with a small scrub brush and water! The stains were gone!!!!! I’ve now done all the areas of concern, just be careful not to get it on the grout itself as it does soften it up, hence I did a few slabs at a time.If colder temperatures I would recommend leaving on for longer!

There was epoxy grout residue on my kitchen tiles and this removed it beautifully. You do need to leave it on for 30 mins and then scrub with a gentle scourer and clear water.

Bought this after getting amine bloom on some Indian stone paving I laid and pointed using a resin mortar. Water got on the resin and made the surface go a milky white colour. I used this, and it removed the resin perfectly and took it back to the stone without the sheen you get when using resin pointing.
