Delicious! Perfect snack for on the go! Wish they had a higher protein content but I love these as a quick snack.

Great for long runs and marathon training
During long aerobic training runs I've been consuming one of these at the halfway point. They taste great and go down easily with water. I like all the good quality stuff packed inside. Also the size of the bar fits easily in my runners hydration vest. I would recommend for any runner looking for anything more substantial than a gel.
