My new favorite toy! After reading some low stars reviews, I had it in my shopping cart for a few month and I was afraid to buy. But one of my friends who has same iron convinced me and I finally got it as my birthday present.It has bad instructions though. At first my hair got stuck and tangled in it, I wanted to cry. I thought I should have listened to 1-3 star reviews. I called my friend who came and showed me how to use it. My curls were done in 15 mins. It’s appeared to be an easy to use and amazing results.I have long straight hair and usually curls don’t hold for more than an hour or two , but after using CHI, after half a day my curls are remain same. Not sure what is the magic there, i even didn’t do very hot settings.Love it! Don’t give up if you think it doesn’t work and getting stock. Try to google video how to use it. At the point when you using it as should use, you will get great result real fast

The Chi Spin N Curl Rotating Curling Iron is absolutely amazing. Took a few tries to figure out the rotation settings, but after that, this is so easy to use. I can do my entire head in 15 minutes and I have a lot of hair! You can vary the tightness of the curl by how much hair you put into it at one time, though if you put too much in, you will error out with a tangle. Simple enough to fix with a quick reset by pressing down on the power button. If you are on the fence, buy this - you won't regret it!

I purchased this prior to a wedding and didn't expect to have it be as useful and awesome as it was.In order to use it take the quick minute or two to read the instructions or watch a YouTube video on it. It'll make sense and you'll get the hang of it right away.The item is not heavy and I used it for three people's hair for a wedding. It's easy to grip and does all of the curling for you. The biggest thing you need to do is .. wait a few seconds for the beep that indicates the hair can be disengaged from the wand and it's ready!I've owned the old time hair curlers and I won't go back to those. They often kinked your hair which this doesn't. Each hair was curled almost to perfection and you just have to figure out how much to put into the machine each time based on your own hair length, thickness etc.

One of the only curlers that actually curls my thick hair! One complaint though - it leaves my hair smelling bad. I've turned the heat down, but then it doesn't curl my hair, and I've tried leaving my hair in it for a shorter amount of time, but that doesn't fix the problem of the smell...

This is one of my favorite hair tools I’ve ever used. I have a LOT of hair. My hair is very thick and falls all the way down to my butt, but I can finish curling all of it in around 20 minutes(even less if I’m in a time crunch).I hate curling wands because I’m scared I’ll burn myself and I’ve never been able to figure out how to curl using a straightener, so this tool was a complete game changer for me. It’s so easy to use! I’ve been recommending this to everyone I know that wants to curl their hair.The only con I can think of is that it is pretty bulky. I travel a lot so it does take up a decent amount of space, but other than that it’s amazing.Definitely worth the price!

Not sure what others got, but I received the device and only one bottle of CHI Silk. The image clearly shows 2 six ounce bottles. The curls are not really defined well for shorter hair. Going to try again in the morning but based on the price I could have gotten one from another seller cheaper. I only went with this one due to the 2 bottles of CHI silk with it.

My hair doesn't curl. I tried so many different curling irons and I either can't get a curl or it comes out weird. This product was so easy to use, does all the work for you, my arms no longer get tired curling my hair and look at the curls. This iron is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a curl like these. So happy I purchased it.
