Llamma Xbox 360 Controller Custom Mod Kit - CLEAR - Thumbsticks, Dpad, RB LB, ABXY, Trim, Triggers, Guide

I'm sorry, Its not that I'm angry that I got this item, but there were so many issues with it I have to complain.Its nice to get the screwdriver, its a good inclusion, but about 1/2 of this set is pretty much worthless.The sticks, the triggers, and the bottom trim are all nice and sit flush, but my kit's top bumper bar didn't depress the bumpers properly.The bumper kit also does not come with the 360 top trim, so there will be a part of your controller its original part color if you're going for a 100% clear controller like I was.The buttons do not have ABYX stamped in them, and don't give a sleek and polished look, the guide button is fine for what it is I guess, but it feels like the buttons do to me (poorly made). Its simply a useless inclusion as the 360 one is much more attractive.The D-pad did not include the back to attach to the controller, which you'd think would be kind of important to having that clear look, since one half is and one half isn't which means the whole thing isn't.So Out of the kit, I used the bottom trim, the D-pad, the triggers, and the Sticks. However, the bumpers, the ABYX buttons, and the Guide button didn't make the grade. I'll admit the mod is OK, but for my project ( A Completely Clear Controller) The picture isn't adequate to show the buttons up close, and a few parts did not work at ALL. I can't give this high marks.

Came as advertised. I decided against using the clear XABY buttons because I liked the color ones, but it wouldn't have been difficult to install.Only complaint I have is that there aren't any instructions, but instead a link to a Youtube video on a piece of paper. The video was for PS3 controllers. It was easy enough to find the seller's Xbox controller video. The video itself was easy to follow and I had no issues with installing.Just for reference, I've never modded a controller before. The one I used had soda spilled on it and stopped working, so this was an effort to jazz it up a bit while I cleaned it. I swabbed the casing down with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip before I put in the new buttons and everything worked perfectly when I reassembled it.

When I received the package, I received a well packaged product. When I first started taking my controller apart, I was pleasantly surprised that the screwdriver has a magnetic end for pulling those pesky screws out. The triggers are the same size and the thumbsticks have rubber tips. Putting everything together was relatively easy and it seemed great until I put the controller back together. The thumbsticks are very sticky. If I move them in certain directions, they will get stuck which is really annoying for any gaming. I went back and placed the OEM thumbsticks back on and they worked fine, so it has something to do with the ones included in the kit.

Did not come with bottom part of d pad plus top d pad did not match up to OEM so couldn't use that...top part where sync button is didn't fit the holes were too small shoulder buttons were flimsy and stick when you press them but on a good note the triggers a,b,x,y,start,back and guide buttons were OK thumbsticks work and the bottom trim piece was at least good enough to make it fit overall I am complaining however it being a 6 dollar item I'm not going to bother with returning I've already wasted enough time with this product

Not much to making plastic modes for game controllers. Everything fix as expected. The problem is that one of the thumb sticks broke after a month of playing. The failure happened inside of the casing where the stick attaches to the rod on the circuit board. The original thumb stick, which we had on the game controller for a few year was still good so I re-installed it without issue. The original is still working without issue for about two weeks. I guess the manufacture went to cheap on the plastic ingredients.

It kind of goes without saying, but don't get these for a third party controller! I didn't notice mine wasn't an official Xbox 360 controller until I after I ordered this. Of course, I'm not giving a negative review for that. I took some points off because the ABXY buttons are just simple clear buttons with no lettering, unlike what is shown in the photos. My kit is also missing a D-pad. Otherwise the quality seems okay. Some scratches/fogging and a few bubbles, but what you'd expect for 6 dollars.

The whole reason I ordered these was because it showed they have the ABXY printed on the buttons but what you actually receive is clear buttons with just a circle instead of the letters like other clear button sets. This is not what i wanted or ordered and am very disapointed. I would return this for a refund if it didn't cost more to return than the original cost. Please update your picture to show what your actually selling so people don't waste anymore money

This controller mod was exactly what I was looking for. It made my controller look awesome for under $10. It was very easy to install. The package came with no instructions, so I followed a previous reviewer's tip and watched GeniusMod's video on YouTube([...]).Installment is easy, and the screwdriver is a bonus, you cannot get the case open without it. The hardest part is the D-Pad, it is tricky, I skipped it because I didn't want to wreck my controller if I did it wrong.Overall this is a steal for under $10 for a mod that would cost you $40+ to get it professionally done, but is just as easy to do yourself.
