Going strictly on physical watch, not on usefulness
Purchased for my husband for peace of mind when I'm not home. He is a very big man and the band is too small for him to actually wear it. I've ordered a larger band, from another vendor, hoping it will fit the watch and his wrist. Also hoping he never needs to use the watch for it's actual purpose.

I could not get it to work at all. I changed it twice to make sure it was not the charger. I don’t know what the problem is. I plan to return it.
