From my first attempt to the present day, it consistently delivers amazing results.As a waxing novice, the kit's user-friendly instructions made it easy to melt the wax, apply it, and bid farewell to unwanted hair. Perfecting the application technique took some practice, but as they say, practice makes perfect.The kit's price and the comprehensive contents made it a worthwhile investment. However, I learned that the wax provided is best suited for smaller areas, while larger areas like my legs would benefit from the type of wax removed with a strip. Apart from that, I can't find a single fault with this product. Highly recommended for those entering the world of DIY waxing!

Bought as gift so not been used yet, did open the box and everything looks fine.

The box was opened in the box it was delivered in it was for a present so I feel it has been opened looked at then returned by someone else

Actually, the result is the same as in the salon! The first time I use, I got a bit messy (but when dry, wax is easy to clean, but I also used yoga mat and big plastic ‘bag’ to do it on, so will be easier to clean) but since second time I figured out how to do it efficiently and the results were awesome!! Very good for bikini, also salon-like results (have been doing wax for 1.5 years so the hair is already prepared for waxing. For the first time I might recommend to do t in salon and then use wax yourself). But to do whole legs and Brazilian bikini, it takes half a bag of bids, so maybe will make sense to buy more wax. The pre care gel is very helpful! After wax is also nice. Everything you need for good hair removal is here! Already recommended to a friend and will buy one as a gift to my other friend who still does stripes and sugaring, this is much more easier!!! And leas painful for sure! (I tried both sugaring, soft wax and this one, this one is the best so far)
