This item has 100 stars in my mind. I have 27 windows in my house- 3 huge sliding doors. Our bathrooms are old giant mirrors that were never cleaned. No matter what - I ended up with streaks. I hated cleaning them.Not anymore!!!! With this tool- I can clean all the windows in under 30 mins. The bathroom takes me 5 mins to clean the mirrors and no streaks!! It does have a slight learning curve to it- but once mastered- it’s amazing!!! I would buy it again in a heartbeat. 5 stars- absolutely!

This works great and makes window cleaning a fun project. The vacuum and the spray bottle are cheaply made and I’m hoping will last a few years.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DEVICE! WHY DID IT TAKE SOMEONE SO LONG TO INVENT THIS GEM? IT CUTS MY CLEANING TIME DOWN BY HOURS!I have three glass shower doors and I can clean them in seconds. The suction on this is great, the water reservoir has plenty of room, and assembly and disassemble take seconds. It is an absolute must have for anyone that has any Glass in their home, or anyone that cleans homes for others.I All of my family and friends about this, so I decided to write a review on it because I love it so much. It is great quality and doesn’t weigh much at all so it is easy for anyone to use.I recommend 10,000%

As soon as I took this out of the box and began to set it up, one of the black tabs fell off somehow during packing or shipping because it was just sitting at the bottom of the box. I was willing to look past that since the top of the water reservoir still sealed decently well. However once I started using the product, water kept leaking out of the bottom of the reservoir when I was squeegeeing. Upon further inspection, I realized there was a hole at the very bottom (seen in second pic). I never dropped the item and used it straight out of the box so there’s no chance I could’ve made that hole on my own. I tried to go through the steps for an exchange and I’m told I have to choose the refund option and re-order the product instead. Unfortunately I got the product on sale so if I bought it again after my refund, I’d be paying more than when I first bought it. At this point I’d rather put my energy into writing this review instead of repurchasing this cheap product. Stay away from this brand

What a tool! I wish I'd had this for the last 50 years. The last straw is the replacement windows of my home that I couldn't seem to get clean however many times I sprayed and wiped. I've tried everything -- all types of sprays, all types of wipes, and the streaks just would not die. In desperation I ordered this, the name brand not one of the knockoffs, and it works perfectly. The concentrated cleaner works well, the pad to wipe it with fits all the corners, and the squeegee part is flawless. Yes, a little wiping is required around the edges of the windows, but they are finally amazingly clean! I also appreciate that the squeegee device is lightweight and that the squeegee comes apart for cleaning. A couple of notes for best use of the squeegee: keep the angle of the device as described in the instructions, and keep the squeegee itself very clean (any grit and you'll have streaks). Happy cleaning! Totally recommend.

This is a game changer for glass shower doors. We live in an area with very hard water so I've been squeegeeing after every shower to save our glass doors from permanent water stains and the vacuum component to this makes a huge difference compared to just squeegeeing alone. For cleaning our windows I personally do not find the vacuum component to make that much of a difference...just a simple squeegee works best for me. But any glass area that gets hit with a lot of water and needs frequent cleaning this works very, very well. Its also kind of fun to use so that helps me to get my son to help out.
