Very comfy stool. However, it seems incredibly difficult to make it stay in the locked position. Always seems to slide back down. Even used pliers and still won't stay put. Fortunately, the stool is very comfortable and the minimum is okay for my setup.

We purchased this drum throne for our 9 year old grandson and it does the job well, nicely made and looks the part, especially for the price paid.

This drum stool arrived in parts with no instructions to assemble. It did take me and my partner a while to figure out how to assemble it. It is well made and quite sturdy after installation. It is comfortable to sit and you can adjust the heights to fit your size. The pad is thick and anti slip. It looks quite professional. The price is not cheapest in the market but quite reasonable for the quality.

The media could not be loaded. As others have noted, this really could do with some instructions in the box. Having to refer back to the Amazon listings is a faff and still requires a certain amount of problem solving to get it right.I had actually figured out what was supposed to happen in terms of securing the seat post however I think the one I received has a quality control issue because the upper clamp with the black plastic tightening handle that stops the seat from slipping down was completely jammed on the post. I had to go at it with some silicone grease and a camping mallet to get it to budge. Even after prising the clamp open with a bar and knocking it up and down the post it still jams in certain positions leading me to conclude that that either the clamp or the bar is misshapen on mine. It is because of this issue that I can't really justify giving it more than 3 stars, especially as it costs £49 which is not insignificant.Had this been working properly then it would have been 4 stars. It is fairly solid when assembled, the tripod feet have no play in them but the seat has a little bit due to its fitting mechanism on the post but it's not intolerable.The seat does swivel but it turns against the plastic shim inside the lower clamp even when it is tightened fully. I'm not sure if this is by design or not. I am guessing that the shim will eventually wear due to friction.I ordered this for my son to use when playing piano because it is height adjustable and his current chair is fixed. It works well for this purpose.

The drum stool looked exactly like it was described and shown.First of all, the assembly was a breeze. I didn't experience any issue at all.It's really sturdy and the quality is excellent. Made from high-quality metal and with thick, high-density sponges, it feels like it'll last a long time without losing its shape. I love that I can easily adjust the height to make it comfortable for me. Moreover, I really appreciate the anti-slip rubber sleeves that keep it steady while I'm playing. It's not just for drums either; I can use it with other instruments or even around the house. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others!

It's a solid addition to my drum set. I like that it's height adjustable. It's easy to find the right height for me, whether I'm sitting low for casual playing or higher for more intense sessions. And, it's foldable, so I can easily store it away when I'm not using it. The anti-slip padding is a nice touch. I never have to worry about slipping or sliding around while I'm playing, which helps me stay focused on my music. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that I wish the padding was a bit thicker. While it's comfortable enough for short sessions, I think it could be a bit more cushioned for longer playing sessions.
