I received this in March but didn't open it until a couple of weeks ago. To my dismay, one of the caps absolutely would not screw on! I got in touch with the company, got immediate responses, and received a replacement (from China!) in less than a week. They even followed up to make sure that it worked. The filter is working great, & my pool water is nice & clear.

Filter works as expected. Does a great job at filtering the sand/dirt in my pool. Very Happy with Purchase. Only issue is opening the top of filter cartridge to clean. Very Happy with purchase

Looks great! Install was easy. Simple to remove top for cleaning cartridges and no fiberglass shards on my hands or arms! Two handles on top make it easy to lift off and replace. Videos on storefront are easy to follow and spot on for operation.

Housing itself looks well designed but good luck if you receive cracked filters or other issues. VEVOR customer service is non-existent. I reached out via their customer portal as instructed by Amazon and it's been back and forth for weeks. It's almost like they aren't keeping track of their customer complaints or their chats. I start back at square one every time. I'll change this review if I can get replacements.

Is been more then a year since, I bought this item and so far, I haven't had any issues with it. Just fyi use some kinda of painters tape to keep the rubber ring seal in place.
