Motorized Roller Shade with Remote Control, Blackout Electric Blinds for Windows Compatible with Alexa Google via Hub, Rechargeable Smart Window Shade Customized Size (Pure White)

I bought 5 of these motorized blinds in July 2024. I purchased them to block out the heat from the sun in my east facing Florida art studio. I wasn’t expecting to block out all of the light as I chose to use an outside mount. Blinds worked great until one of them stopped working. I tried following the instructions for deleting and resetting the motor. Nothing happened. I went to their website and all I could see is a chat button. No customer service number to get help. I entered a chat session but I didn’t receive an immediate response. I scrolled all the way down to find a Contact Us link. I entered my information and waited. Within an hour I received an email response with instructions similar to the manual. As these instructions didn’t work the first time, I requested a scheduled online meeting with a technician. Beware, the scheduled time is for China time zone. We thought we would be getting a call at 9:45 am eastern time on a Thursday but the call came in at 9:45 pm on Wednesday. The technician asked me to video chat with him via Facebook or WhatsApp. This took a little while to figure out how to do because I had never done it before. Once we were in the chat, he was able to determine that I had a bad motor and he agreed to send me a new one along with an email with instructions for replacing it. The motor arrived within a week and we successfully installed and programmed it. This entire replacement process is not for someone who is not somewhat tech savvy or mechanically inclined. My husband and I are in our late 60’s but we were able to do it.

These are the best blinds!! We originally ordered 13 of them for our new windows in our living room. We got the motorized shades that operate on one remote. They are wonderful. They work so well, quiet, smooth and there were great color options. I highly recommend spending the $10 sample pack to see all the colors. There are a lot of great choices. We liked them so well, that we ordered more for our basement living room. They are a perfect match to our paint and blend in so well. Then neatly roll up out of the way to open the view of your windows. They are total light blocking so would be great for bedrooms too. Great customer service and they validate your order and answer any questions you have.These blinds were a fraction of what other custom blinds were going to cost. I highly recommend!

I was very hesitant to order blinds off Amazon but I’m glad I did. Great product and great customer service. It arrived very quickly and even the shipping package arrived in excellent condition. I ordered these to go on my sliding glass doors and I did the outside mount. I added 6 inches to my actual dimensions and it fits perfectly.

Easy to install. Great customer service. Will definitely consider them again.

I really like this blind. I just wish I had realized how far it sticks out from the wall with the brackets. I would have ordered the reverse roll so the blind would be closer to the window and not have such a big gap. I don’t need it to be a blackout shade so it will still work but I wish I had researched more. Not the blinds fault. It’s a good product and I would buy again.

These are beautiful and worth every penny! Instillation was super easy! Definitely buy if you want 100% light blocking shades. I have many of these in my house and they function well. Not all sellers seem to have the same quality as I had some difficulties with other brands.

These blinds have been a great addition to my bedroom, and I will likely purchase more for other windows throughout my home. I will say that the programming directions can be a bit difficult to understand but eventually figured it out for myself. It came at the cost of some spousal arguing, but what good home improvement project doesn’t?! The company is great and very communicative. These shades block a lot of light and now we can sleep a bit longer! Plus, they’re gorgeous.
