The Clairol Temporary Root Touch-Up Powder is a game changer for me. I purchase the brown The product arrived in a timely manner. The color is very natural looking . The application process was very easy and only took a few seconds to apply. I love the brush design and did not notice any staining. The product held up very well and I have not noticed any skin irritation so far. For a temporary solution it is worth the try.

The brush makes for easy application. Multiple uses as I use for my eyebrows as well. Does not irritate my eyes. Stay put colour and easily matchs dark brown shades.

I bought this root touch-up powder because I decided to go gray. This product was recommended on a website as a way to help make the transition. It works well; it's easy to apply and doesn't require a lot. My only wish is that it had some shine to it. It's quite dull in color and the contrast is evident against my otherwise shiny hair. But I guess a product like this can't be expected to perfectly replicate a full-head color job or natural hair. It does the job-- helping touch up roots between color applications or, like me, as a first step in transitioning to gray. I'll be continuing to use it.

This served as a very temporary fix for gray roots. It was difficult to apply to only the roots & not get any on the scalp so it ended up leaving dark spots on my scalp and around my face where most of my gray is. It also didn’t last long. I would not spend my money on it again.

Can't say enough good about root tough up products. Fabulous! It's temporary. I am letting my grey hair grow out and use this to break up the line of demarcation. Works Fabulously.
