Not worth buying due to Product look and feel issue.. not worth the price
Received damaged product, box was also in bad condition, product felt like very cheep quality as well. PU leather is very cheep quality, it may not retain for longtime, may be not more 3 months, even if you receive it in mint condition. For me return process took very long .

Not worth
Calls:- cellular network calls are good via BT- calls UC platform are good using BT700- Some hassles in switching across.- Mic performs OK and noise cancellation is OK.Audio playback: A whole lot of issues...- use BT700 switch OFF the headset. You won't hear the audio on laptop.- use BT700. Pause the audio and play again, there will be cut the audio that is being played back.- use BT700. If the audio has long silence, then there will be cut in the audio. Here you don't need to pause and play.In summary, this is OK for calls, but not for playback (listening to lectures, etc). Not worth the price. Instead a wired one is better. Bought this product since my QC buds had issues on UC platform. But now I am disappointed!

Don't buy
The product is not flexible and is very hard you won't be able to wear it more than few mins and your ears will start paining , you will start getting slight headache. The sound levels are not so great and the mix is too big due to which you can have air from nose hitting the mix and slight sound gets filtered but you can still get the air from nose which makes your professional calls like normal calls without mic giving crystal sound. For a product where u pay almost 20k it's not worth it

Poor quality product
From packing to product quality all looks cheaper and ear cusions, mic are soo ordinary. No where the product is matching ~19k worth.

Poor workmanship
Its really sad that a headset worth 20k cannot even last a year (that too as a secondary headset).Very poor ear and head cushions. They have started to come out from all places making it look shabby and not at all worth the money its being sold for.
