These have great thickness, unlike so.e other designs that don't offer enough support. I love the cushion design. I purchased shoes that were slightly too big - I know these will help prevent blisters and offer good support. The adhesive seems strong and sure to be durable throughout wear. They are the perfect size for the heel if my shoes!

Works well for very narrow heels, a little too thick if you just need a bit of padding.

I needed just a bit of extra help getting my new shoes to fit. I am a size 8.75. They work wonderfully!

I bought these to put in a pair of pumps that were a half size too big and kept sliding off my heel when I walked. I was so sure these would work, I didn’t try them out first before I was ready to walk out the door for a court appearance and had to rush back in the house to put on another pair of shoes. I think they would probably work on a pair of tennis shoes or shoes that lace up . but they definitely don’t work on pumps.

I prefer these after trying other ones. They are curved and directional so they hug my skinny ankles perfectly.

It worked great for my daughter for her shoes for her wedding.
