Perfect for my use

I ordered 10 of these proofing boxes to prep dough for my students. These worked okay. I was dissapinted by the quality of the plastic. They are very thin and seem like they will only be usable a couple of times before breaking. Also, they were difficult to wash and dry. There are a lot of books and crevices that took forever to dry. They did stack nicely and fit in the fridge well. The lids were finicky to open. I did not like the two sided opening business. It's just too much going on to try and open both sides. Giving 2 stars because they dis get the job done. Quality is poor and not easy to wash.

Just took it out the bag and noticed it came with a broken lid. Disappointed at this.
