I ordered this for my wife to use in her Yoga classes. It measures 50cm x 40cm and is 5.5cm thick. My wife took it along to yoga and said that while it was Ok for standing and kneeling, it wasn't much good when laying down and she didn't want to take two mats with her. So I have adopted it. And I find it is extremely useful for kneeling when doing gardening, jobs on the car or decorating. It is vey high quality and the perfect thickness to take the stress and pain off the knees. It is a bit pricey, but it does feel like it will last. Highly Recommended.

This is a great Foam balance pad, I got it for my Niece who loves yoga, it is a large enough size for her to do all her poses, the pattern allows you not to slip in bear feet, it also keeps still on a shiny floor and the material is wipe clean and sweat resistant, so this should last a very long time. I also gave her a few dumbbells, so she likes doing lunges with the Balance pad too as it gives her support and allows different ligaments and muscles to be used whilst keeping her balance on the pad, same with push ups, allows her to strengthen her wrists more with the slight movements of keeping balance.

I've been using this balance pad with my standing desk and I feel I get tired less quickly.Standing on it feels a lot better than standing on the floor and it's easy to keep clean.The material is not too soft so it's not that hard to balance on it, which is great as it's not distracting.For £40 I think it's fairly expensive, but it will make you love standing desks even more.

I have a variety of uses for this balance pad which is very comfortable to use. Whenever I do some yoga poses on my front, I place this underneath my hips as I have bony hips that hurt when I raise my upper half off the floor.. Using this makes the pose feel very comfortable.I use it during floor stretching poses, for balancing on foot during vestibular exercises and am very pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

This was given to my autistic child to use as she loves balancing! The rebound is also therapeutic as it gives just enough feedback for my sensory seeker. The product is a good size and looks to be well made.

This non slip balance pad is really high quality. The pad is not too soft and not too hard, perfect for balancing on. Great size also.

This balance pad looks top quality. It's a very solid build, though not too heavy. It feels good on my feet - hopefully it will help to strengthen them. It could also be used as a great floor cushion.
