Was a little worried at first to see most of the reviews were from people who received a free product. Now that doesn't always mean that they're going to be good reviews, but just something I noticed. I just got the lighter today and so far really impressed with the build quality and everything. One of the reviewers complain about a few cosmetic appearances of it. I don't find those to be a huge deterrent from the lighter itself. If I could change one thing about this lighter I'd want a window so I could see how much feel I had left. But the flame burns well. I did have to turn it down when I first got it cuz the flame came out so aggressively. But now it's perfect. As far as the price and quality, this is the best when you're going to find. I've bought many pipe lighters over the past 6 years since I've started smoking pipes. Will update if anything changes, but as of now great and beautiful for Lighter for any pipe smoker

Butane soft flame is awesome for lighting pipes. You can tell the lighter is of good quality material. So far there's been no issue with performance of the lighter. It lights up every time you push the button. Plus it has a decent capacity for butane and doesn't need refilled very often. The adjustability of the flame is nice for finding that sweet spot for your pipe.

It doesn't hold fuel long, so it's pretty useless. It's a good idea just executed poorly. I use it at home with my small pipe, it isn't great for normal stem pipes.

I am new to tobacco pipes I wanted this because it's an all in one. The lighter function is perfect it works well and the adjustment from low flame to high gives you plenty of range if you want more or less flame. It comes with the all the pipe tools you need but they are very small the tamper is my biggest complaint I have to pack the tobacco in a circle because it's so small. The stand was the coolest feature that made me buy this really and my pipe doesn't fit on it per the directions. I had to get creative with it to get my pipe to sit on the stand with out falling over. All in all I like and you can roll out with your pipe lighter and pouch of your favorite tobacco and be good to go.

Update - great customer service from the company - changing the rating. Thank you for reaching out. Really like this lighter - bought it as a gift for my son. Unfortunately it only lights about every 5-10 strikes/attempts. Filled it as the instructions said to and it does not seem to be sparking correctly? If the lighter worked as it should it would be 5 stars but given it is not lighting only giving it 2.

It is a handy desktop lighter which works well to light things. However, this is an extremely heavy lighter. The “pipe stand” is useless for the intended purpose because of how small it is. I do like having the pipe tool and lighter as an all-in-one. I’ll have to keep searching for one that can reasonably be carried with me though.

I really wanted to like this and was happy when I opened the box. This is a HEAVY lighter. It looks great. The pipe tools are adequate and handy. The pipe-stand, however, is too small to hold any of my full size, or even small-bowl tobacco pipes. I'm guessing the photo in the description is either photo-shopped or the pipe has been glued on to keep it from falling off. The pipe stand might work for 1-hitter "herbal" pipes, but you don't really need a rest for a 1-hitter... When filling, it's not a good fit. Leaking a bit during fill. With butane lighters, I usually turn flame adjustment all the way down, fill, then turn flame all the way up, light, and adjust. With this one flame all the way up it won't light. Set your adjustment mid-range and adjust from there. Overall good for the money, I just wish the pipe rest would hold my pipes.
