This is so fun for the kids! They love it!

The media could not be loaded. My kids absolutely love playing with it. The quality is excellent, as you'd expect from Melissa & Doug – it's sturdy and well-made, able to withstand enthusiastic play. It’s about 18” tall, 15” wide and about 6” deep. Not very heavy, light enough for your child to carry themselves.I appreciate how this toy encourages interactive play. Kids get to practice sorting, matching colors, and even some basic counting skills. Loading the machine and then "buying" snacks with the play coins adds a realistic touch that they really enjoy. It's a great way to encourage imaginative role-play and social interaction, especially when they play together. You can even add alternative snacks and toys to change it up!Another big plus is that it's screen-free entertainment! In a world filled with digital distractions, it's refreshing to see my kids engaged in such a creative and hands-on activity. Cleanup is a breeze too, as all the pieces store neatly within the machine. Highly recommend this toy for any family with young children! If you can catch it on sale for prime day, it’s definitely worth the money!

Was waiting for this to be cheaper for a dramatic play area. Finally bought it and the kids do enjoy it. It is a bit touchy when the snacks are set up and the kids bump it so there is some frustration. Also the money are different sized coins and the do get stuck in the change return.Older kids who understand the concept play better with it.It is cute and it does help them learn money in for a product- product out. Choices and problem solving.This was in high demand and came back in stock after quite a bit.Glad I did get it but could have returned it also.I love Melissa and Doug toys.

Lead time on this item can be lengthy! If you are trying to fulfill a gift (as we were), plan accordingly. Even though this item arrived earlier than originally scheduled (a few days), the delivery period was several weeks. It's a very popular item.This was a birthday gift for our grandson. He loves it. It's a great tool for rewarding good behavior. And mom loves it because she can load it up with healthy drinks and snacks. Only recommendation is the slots could be a little larger to accommodate slightly bigger treats!

The vending machine items aren't held in place in the back so they easily drop down on their own when tilted slightly or being moved. I thought the pushing mechanism held them in place. Also, most importantly, this doesn't teach them to use the (money) to buy their item. You can still press whichever button you want without first putting in the coins to make them fall. I thought for this price point that was the least that it would be able to do. It is well made and that's about it.

I mean, how fun is this?!? Mellissa and Doug have thought about everything. The durability of their products is phenomenal. My kids absolutely loved playing with this vending machine. I have since turned it into a prize machine for my kids and it has been so fun! The value for your dollar is a bit pricey but I can promise you, its worth it. There was ZERO assembly which was great for this busy mom. Highly recommend!
