Works good
Great support and alleviated broken toe pain when I was wearing it. It would not fit in a normal shoe

Worked great easy to apply
Worked great for my broken toe. The metal brace makes it easier to walk. The velcro works great and is sturdy. Slightly bulking no shoes, however flip flops worked great. Good quality for the price and easy to use.

It works
I had a severely sprained, or possible fractured big toe on my right foot. I taped the big toe to the next toe, having had broken toes in the past, to keep the big toe immobile. That sort of worked. But then I saw this support brace and from the reviews and just looking at it,, it looked like it would help. It does work. you slip the front part over your big toe and then use the velcro strap to make it tight (but not TOO tight). Then you tighten the rear portion toward the heel area. There are metal pieces inside it to protect against painful toe movement. I wore it for two weeks and my toe was fully recovered (must have been a bad sprain, not a fracture. Highly recommend.

One size fits all is BS.
One size fits all is BS. I wear a size 13, and this thing is just to small to give support.

Good product with pros and cons
I have hallux rigidus in both left and right big toes and I walk five miles per day. My Podiatrist recommends toe joint fusion surgery but I can't deal with the 6-8 weeks of no driving, so I'm living with the condition for now.I've tried several big toe splints; some work and some do not. This product does seem to work pretty well with a couple of caveats. Here goes:Pros: well made device; has strong steel splint strips rather than the aluminum strips that other devices use; the aluminum ones bend and break quickly. Velcro straps are strong and long enough to wrap around my big feet (others require the addition of self-bonding bandage strips to attach due to their short straps).Cons: BIG and bulky; requires BIG footwear in order to use comfortably. Recommend wearing hiking sandals with the device for walking comfort. The thickness of the device makes it feel like there is a pebble under my instep when I first start walking; however, my body adjusts to this after a bit and it feels comfortable for the rest of the walk.Overall, a pretty good product - not perfect, but aside from actual surgical repair, what is??

Great support for fracture
Had a fractured sesamoid bone and a partially torn tendon. Used this brace to transition out of a boot, and it was excellent. Good support, comfortable fit, and kept my foot safely able to move.

Slides on foot
This brace isn't stable. Every step I take, it slightly slides on my foot. Even though I have the straps very tight, it still slides. The problem is a design flaw; the brace isn't wide enough on the foot and there needs to be more straps to secure the brace over the whole foot. It's better than nothing, but not worth the money spent since it isn't doing its job properly.

Works well and is comfortable
This Toe Splint works perfectly for me. It braces my big toe (which is what I needed) and is incredibly comfortable. I even wore it to bed with no issues. However, It did NOT fit inside my tennis shoe so I purchased a Medical Walking Shoe (from Amazon) and they both work well together. I planned to return one but I kept them both.
