Workout plate works great. I use the tension cables the most my self but I have used the pushup board with handles and works great. Has good grip on the bottom.

Lately, I have taken upon myself the task to fix everything is wrong at the office. It feels like I live here fourteen to eighteen hours a day. I wanted something to have at the office so I could work out a little. This compact gym allows me to perform focused strengthening exercises that don't take up much room. The handles are comfortable and the design was well thought out. I'm happy with the effectiveness of this portable gym.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tested a few push-up boards before, and this one definitely has better build quality in terms of the main board itself. It’s more solid, better design, and feels more stable during use. However, it’s still plastic, so don’t expect any premium materials.The included accessories (resistance bands, handles, wheels, etc.) are generic at best… nothing special, and I wouldn’t count on them long-term. The handles are especially uncomfortable: hard plastic with no padding, which became a problem for me personally. I have ganglion cysts, and after two days of use, I had to stop because the strain was too much.If you don’t have wrist issues, this product will probably work well for you. But if you have any kind of sensitivity or joint problem, the handle design is a real limitation. Overall it’s still a good value for the money if you compare it to most of what’s available, and I’m pretty sure that it offers a good effective workout.

Effective workout very firm and stable also safe

We just opened the package, and it seems like it'll hit a lot of points the exercises that we were looking to introduce into our routines. Takes up basically zero space and gives tons of options for use.The only issue we have is that one of the metal pins/bars that is critical to being able to use the board for any of the attachments. I'm waiting on contact from the seller to see if we can get that one little piece sent to us rather than returning the whole thing.Edit:I'm downgrading this to 3 stars from 4. I'm disappointed that the seller didn't reach out to me after I left feedback both on the product and on their seller profile regarding the missing pin. I had my dad find a pin in his workshop so this is now usable.I'm also very confused as to why there is no explanation as to each of the colored resistance bands. I have no idea which one is highest or lowest. I looked on all the videos on the listing, all the pictures, the piece of paper that came in the box... nothing. How are you supposed to use the bands without knowing how much resistance they provide?

Use for all kinds of workouts, push-ups, ab rolls, bandes leg swings, squats. I find if to be very beginner friendly and easy to carry around due to the included bag. I just lubricated the pole included however because the metal on metal sound when screwing it together can be annoying without putting lubricant on it.

Value for money, storage capacity, workout, sturdy and good quality

Not a fan at all. I highly suggest that it is used on carpet because it slides a lot if not. I bought it and its just been sitting there for 2 years now because the quality sucks. The base is plastic but maybe it's just me. I didn't see any instructions on how to use for a good workout so me being creative with this set up just made me give up. I assume that its for professional or veteran gymnasts.
