This review is for Clonex gel.I've never had luck rooting anything, even the things everyone raves about being "so easy". My daughters bought me some expensive fig cuttings for Christmas and I didn't want to take a chance and leave it up to nature, so I bought the gel in hopes of having success. It was about three weeks in when I started seeing the first roots and they've been going crazy since. I had some left so I decided to use it on some mulberry and blueberry cuttings. I don't see roots yet, but it's only been about 3 weeks, so I'm still holding out. One pouch did 8 fig cuttings and 7 mulberry/blueberry cuttings; it's the perfect amount if you don't have a lot to do and you don't do rootings often. Just order one when you're ready and you know you have fresh gel. ---Happy rooting!

Works amazing if you use clonex gel after letting plant soak in solution

I used this to clone cannabis and tomatoes. Got a 75% rooting success with the clonex on my cannabis and 100% with the tomatoes. You can also sprinkle some cinnamon on the stem after you dip it in the clonex for an added antibacterial. I used 2 thirds coco coir and 1 third perlite in a homemade humidity dome I made out of a large and tall Tupperware container. Drill 1/4 holes in it top and sides. And then put tape over the holes. As you want to decrease the humidity you just pull the tape off the holes a few holes a day. Also used a cheap "blurple" temu grow light and it was enough to generate roots.

After opening the package, the red goo expanded righr out of it. It is very tricky to reuse the packaging. However, Clonex is a great product in general, just buy it in a different format then the tear-off pouch

Works well! Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews, rooting can be very easy when done correctly. You should first make sure your plant can actually take the hormone or whatever its even needed. Definitely sanitize your cutting utensil (and make sure they are sharp and not dull!) between every cutting when you separate from the mother plant. Its like an open wound and can allow for lots of bacteria to enter the cutting and kill it. I have used this little packet for many different types of cuttings and they've all turned out wonderful. Ive used it on succulents too. The gel is purple and can get messy. Make sure not to contaminate the gel with different plants in case they are unknowingly diseased.Super helpful for making new plants without the super long wait.

Look, propagation is part of the ‘dark arts’ and maybe I’m just not good at this art. The packaging and product seem to be to notch. My results trying to prop an ask tree cutting in 100 degree weather and forgetfulness says nothing about the quality of this product.
