Produces slight reverb when connected to an amplifier
This item was ideal for my needs, I use a windows laptop and pioneer DDJ FX6 to Dj with and when at home I mix this through this item into a MacBook Pro to record. This allows me to record straight to a USB stick if I just want the straight sound recording, or to my MacBook if I want to edit. The problem is that when this device is connected to an amplifier it produces reverb (or echo), this can and does make the sound quality terrible. Luckily for me, my mixing deck has dual outputs so I send one to this unit and a seperate one to the amp, but if I want to use the features of this deck live, then it is a no-go, this is a proper shame because everything else about it is great. (Although there is lots that I haven’t tried yet). The reverb is only slight, but is still there even if I turn every other input down. I am really disappointed cause it seems it may have to go back, and I am unwilling to buy another for fear of the same problem. This is the fourth different item I have tried and the features are far and away the best, but the reverb will ruin your day.

Plastic but good
Does what it should however the build is a bit flimsy and plastic. I dont see it lasting too many trips. Perfect for solo use. I use it for guitar, box, pad, and playback. Works well just don’t be too hard on it.

This is just a kids toy. Not professional.
This is a kids toy, nowhere near “professional”. It only worked slightly with my speakers when the power button was on “off”. It’s all plastic parts, I should have known.

I won't recommend. I will return mine. Good for an absolute' beginner.
OK, I only gave 2 🌟s for:Picture looks good on advert. It worked for my keyboard/piano.It's good for recording directly on the phone and PC.However there are serious fundamental issues with the device.First I wonder why Amazon tagged it, their choice- perhaps they haven't tested it. I will suggest they test to see. Now, the device feels light in the hand, anyone would immediately know it's flimsy, like a toy.Secondly, if you want to connect whether a condenser or dynamic mic , you will need to turn the knob all the way to the highest unit, to get some considerable sound, and by this time, your condensers mic will be powerful enough to pick up every little sound within the house, including the hammering sound from playing the keyboard and also the sound from your chair, running tap and name it- which are filters into your recording. Please see my picture and check channel 2.Lastly, although, I could have tolerated these issues, then I discovered that my phone's signal is interfering with the device 😀, whenever a call or text is being created, the mixer makes long noise which also filters into the recording. Now, if you want to play around, buy it. However if you are serious, be serious, save up some money and buy something better. You are warned ⚠️ 😏, but the choice is yours.

Nice little unit
Does what it says on the tin. I use mainly at home so I can DI to my stereo to save getting out my amp for keyboard practice. The Bluetooth function is especially useful so can can play along to tracks off my phone.
