It also was a huge pain in the ass setting it up, but after it was finally set up, it works pretty well. Customer service will help you with if you request it. It may not be an immediate response, but they do respond the next day or two at the latest.

DO NOT BUY! Suffers from fatal design flaws!
Do not buy this product if you intend to mount it anywhere! Yes that basically means do not buy this product.This camera uses a proprietary thread to connect to the mount which means there is no way to use a third-party mount. Further, the strap it comes with wrap around a post or tree is barely longer than a foot. What exactly do they expect us to use that for?Finally despite having a USB-C charging port it does not support USB-C chargers. You will need to use an USB-A to C charger.And do I need to mention it comes with a camouflage cover for the white camera but not the white mount???

Reolink are terrible products. I bought this for my farm and it stop connecting after 3 months. Terrible product

Works well with my solar security camera
I have a camera that the original solar panel seemed to have quit working - it apparently is no longer producing a charge that can keep the camera's internal battery charged. So I got this one to see if a new solar panel for a security camera would work with MY camera and it did! I did check the plug that attaches to the camera as there are some different types of camera and this one has the plug that fit my camera. I plugged this solar panel into the camera, then went to the app I use for the camera and checked - it noted that the cam's battery was charging which told me this solar panel was good and worked well with my camera. Very easy to change over and working just like it should!

Easy Installation, Good Size, Sturdy Quality
This camera was quite fast and easy to install compared to others , it has worked without a problem and i appreciate the descent picture quality images it gives me, its motion detector is a great option it offers as well and the superb quality it is made of. I Reccommend it.
