I hate to write bad reviews especially for a product I was excited about. Sorry this review is bad. The appliance and app rarely work. I tried to contact support. The email address on their website is not working. I wrote a bad review in the Apple AppStore about the lack of support. No response. I found a Telegram address. Finally I got a response that someone would help tomorrow. Never happened.Not recommended until they fix the app, device, and support.

I have a very long-term addiction to vaping. My breathing is impaired because of this and I have a constant cough. Using this simulator allows me to switch the habit. I really hope that I have the opportunity to restore my health and return to a stable state.

So, interesting device. My daughter in law is a respiratory therapist. Advised me to get a pep device. I chose this so ai could see the progress and receive feedback. All I can say is im impressed. Only thing I don't like and maybe it's just operator error, but I couldn't get this to connect to my android phone. I installed the app on my iPad and voilà it worked. Hopefully I can increase my lungs capacity. Covid killed my lungs. 😒

The app is nice. Good exercises and easy to use but.You can tap on it twice to shut it off like the directions tell you and it will not shut off. It worked twice after that just drain the battery. Pretty disappointed.Update I received a replacement for the one that would not shut off. The replacement would not turn on and I changed it twice. It could be a good product but only after these major issues are taken care of.

I really do like the idea of this product. I received it and charged as instructed. The program/lung exercises are great. Everything was going right until it was time to recharge. I recharged and lasted only a few minutes then the battery died. Charged again overnight and saw the charge at 39%. Tried to use it and shut off after 30 seconds.I really want to like this product and I think it has potential. I would definitely buy this product again if the battery issue is resolved. Seems like it's a common thing judging from the other legitimate reviews. When oumua gets it together let me know and I'll purchase again.
