I bought this product because it was recommended by my hairstylist which she got the info from her client as well. Because it helps with the growth esp for aging women. I have been using it for over a month and not see any progress. I’m only taking I capsule a day because if you see the Vitamin D is 5000 unit per capsule so if you take 2 caps, that makes it 10,000 units, that’s to much and too much of Vit D is not good., recommended in take by a Dr is 4,000 not to exceed. We need to be aware of that. Also I have not seen any changes at all with shedding. And also it’s giving me constipation.

Been using them since covid, because of hair loss, the hair loss stopped, will use the for as long as I can, I stopped them for 6 months and my hair started falling, I thing is hormonal because when I was pregnant I didn't have hair loss whatsoever, and this vitamins help with hormones too 🥰

I bleached my hair A LOT so there is a lot of damage to my hair. I started taking these supplements so my hair can grow faster and I can cut all the damaged parts.The only thing that I have added to my routine/ care of Mt hair are these supplements.I've talked half the bottle already and this is what I've notice.There is mild taste so swallow them as quickly as you can. The capsules are NOT the smallest but they are easy to take with water.As fas as my hair my hair gets oily super fast! I used to be able to wash my hair once a week and now I have to wash every other day.My hair is SUPER soft! Once I do my hair it doesn't go curly or it doesn't get frizzy. My hair has grown I don't think at more than the normal rate but what I do have is more manageable and feels healthier.

I was looking forward to taking these again after my deployment because I remember them working well for me. I’ve been back on for five-ish months now and I haven’t really noticed a change yet. Just more hair shedding. I remember previously an instant change. I just looked at the bottom of my bottle and noticed it was MFG in June of 2024. Do these go bad? I don’t know… I’m going to be trying a new product now as my hair loss has gotten worse now. Maybe it’s just my body but unfortunately these do not work for me anymore.
