Works great. I use it in the music studio and it has performed without a hiccup. Being a lower cost computer I was worried at first but it truly is a good computer. It is not a touch screen and it doesn't have a lighted keyboard but those keep the price down and performance up.

My old HP was running way too slow, it was time for a new one. This is just what I needed! It starts right up, it transferred my games, but after the latest update, my games are gone. I'm probably better off, it takes away my daily habit of playing games on it. I'm more productive on my computer. I play games on my phone, so that wasn't a big deal.

Like the the laptop. I am still searching and downloading apps I use. I am happy 🙂

I tried to return it before the month was up when I realized the battery wasn't working properly and it only took 30 minutes to drain without using it, but I couldn't do it because I had put all my information on it, including my accounts and passwords. I tried formatting it several times to erase everything, but it never let me, and I took it to a professional, but they still couldn't. This is the only reason I kept it. I don't recommend it, and if you do, before you put your information in it, FIRST CHECK THAT THE BATTERY IS WORKING. I feel like I was scammed. I want to make it clear that I was approved for a refund, but I couldn't return it because my information was at risk.

Had it for over a year, use it only for college. The battery last over 3 hours during constant use or all day if shut or allowed to sleep during non use. Charges quickly. Charges quickley during use as well. Fits great in a backpack, lighweight. No complaints.

Nice size; graphics clear; battery barely lasts 4 hours even when not on internet. Ran tests and HP says working fine but clearly not the 11 hours of battery life that is mentioned in the overview. Also, within 60 days received notice that no longer under warranty but it says there is a 12 month warranty. Have tried to get an answer from Amazon as well as from HP but no luck. Not sure I would buy this product again or purchase a laptop from Amazon. Too bad because the laptop works well but disappointing on battery and warranty and lack of response from HP and Amazon.

Computer works fine and happy so far. The purchase included a HP 250GB SSD that was not included with the order as delivered. If you are going to advertise the product then include it if they are bundled together. Will be getting a credit back from Amazon on that item.

Good laptop. PS went out but good support replaced it quickly.
