Had an issue with the keyboard's battery life, but customer support was more than capable of solving this issue. Outside of this the keyboard is very intuitive to use, has no issue connecting, feels nice to click, and lasts a pretty long time on one charge.

For the first 2 weeks this Red Dragon keyboard worked as expected. I rather like it but, it started malfunctioning each time I pressed the space bar. Instead of entering a space, the keyboard created a box around the text area. It would accept input of letters & numbers but each press of the space bar either deleted all text or created a new blue box.A check on the internet, and it seems a lot of people have encountered the same problem. Tried several potentially helpful suggestions but none worked to solve the problem.Because of that, I would not recommend the purchase of the Red Dragon UCAL Pro. I will keep it and check back occasionally to see if someone has found a fix.REVIEW REVISION:The company refunded the purchase due to my review. I have revised the review from 1 star to 4. It is clear the company takes customer satisfaction seriously. I like the keyboard were it not for the seemingly complex incompatibility issue. Hoping someone can discover a fix for the undesired action of the spacebar.

Perfect, exactly what i was looking for!

This was my first time buying a high performance keyboard, and it really exceeded my expectations. Feels solid, looks great, really well-designed and well-laid out keyboard.

Love!! My first like real keyboard I’ve ever bought, got it for work (call center) and it makes my job a tad bit more fun! The keyboard is clicky clacky which I enjoy, very soothing. Such a cute color!! Def read the manual to control the led lights and functions.

Red dragon UCAL PRO K673 is a Mechanical gaming that provides a high-end user experience at a low budget price. My previous keyboard before this one was the Corsair k70 which is a great budget keyboard, however, the membrane keys drove me nuts after a while. This keyboard even being $10 cheaper at the time of writing this review, I was surprised that this keyboard feels like $150 Razer Blackwidow Ultimate maybe even better. The actuation required to press down each key is less than a membrane keyboard. This allows for longer gaming sessions, less cramped fingers/hands, and faster response times. I mostly use this keyboard in wireless mode and the latency is non-existent on 2.4GHZ, have yet to try Bluetooth but I am sure it's good as well.Overall they hit one out of the park with this product and I HIGHLY recommend it over their other budget option the k530 or whatever it is. These keyboards have sound dampening and the typing/gaming experience is better on this version. I really wanted to like this because of the cute keycaps, but it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The Bluetooth connectivity is awful - constantly disconnecting in the middle of typing, making it completely unreliable for any serious work.To make things worse, the battery life is a joke. After just two weeks of normal use (while carefully maintaining charge levels between 40%-85%), the battery started degrading rapidly. Now, it barely lasts 30 minutes before dying. What’s the point of a wireless keyboard if it can't even stay powered long enough to finish an email?For a product marketed as a wireless keyboard, this is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
