I purchase this item for my little ones. I have 3 kids under 5 years old and we have severe allergies, asthma and sinuses and we use the traditional nebulizer that their Pediatrician provided which was extremely noisy, each time I turn it on to use it they would scare my kids and make them afraid to put the mask over their faces because of the loud noise. This travel hands free nebulizer is what caught my eyes at first so I bought one just to try it out. It arrives in time. The size was perfect, fit in the palm of your hands and I have small hands, charge it up per manual and ready to use. The device would not turn on so I called the number that was included inside of the box, then I left an email as well. Within that hour I received a respond badk following up with a text message and I was able to send videos, pictures and within 24hrs of that convey I was sent 8 devices due to the inconvenience and all 8 of them is working. Excellent customer service! These people would definitely get my business again!! Now my family of 5 don’t have to share nebulizer we all have our own. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

I have a medically complicated son who uses a nebulizer at least once a day everyday just for baseline airway clearance. He was recently in the hospital for a respiratory virus. I nurse told me she had seen another mother use a portable nebulizer that was attached to a mask. I looked it up immediately and ordered it. When you are a mother of a medically complex child you will try almost anything once!My son is used to doing a neb and loves it. But he loves to bite on the bottom of the mask and he thinks it is funny to knock the neb cup out of the mask. The fish mask on his old nebulizer doesn't fit him well and he is constantly dislodging it from his face. I always wonder how much of his meds he gets.The ZSTORE nebulizer is an amazing machine! The mask fits my son so well. If I can make it fit his tiny head and adult sized face I would imagine anyone could make it fit their face. Since there is no tubing he can't pull the mask off his face! Not once. If he really tries he can bite the bottom of the mask, but it takes so much work...I think he gave up. He gets the entire amount of medicine each time! It is so quiet and since it doesn't need to be attached to anything I can do it anywhere. My son can do his neb right in the room with the rest of the family. We don't have to leave the room and miss out on whatever the rest of the family is doing because we need to be attached to the noisy machine in his room.We are not getting 120 minutes of battery life (we get closer to 45 minutes). And each 3ml neb is taking 15 minutes....not the 4.5 minutes the manual claims. Since, his traditional nebulizer took the same amount of time I don't really care about how long the neb takes. The battery life is a little more concerning for me. With it new we have just enough time to do both of his nebs and clean the machine before we need to charge it. If the battery life degrades much over time then we won't be able to use it for his treatments. It charges quite quickly so we are able to charge it with plenty of time between treatments.This is not a deal breaker for me. I love everything else about this machine! The seller is quite responsive to questions and the customer service seems great. I am waiting on answers about the battery life and treatment time.I would purchase this again...and I plan on purchasing another (assuming the machine keeps working at its current levels for a while).

I have been using a nasal cushion on my cpap machine since 1990. I have used a nebulizer for just about the same of time. The nebulizer unit that produces the mist from the liquid medication is top notch in my opinion. The trouble is that the nasal cushion is cheap flimsy and completely useless, in my opinon. The nasal mask SEAL fell off the very first time I used it, and you can not put it back onto the cup. The seal is fastened onto the cup with LITTLE weak attachments that when they fail it can not be reattached to cup. It is very sad because the nebulizer unit itself vaporizes very well and it's small light weight is a plus. Too bad the unit is useless because of the nasal cup. I jerry-rigged the unit to work with some alterations to the child inner cup. I will continue to use it as long as I can. You can not return medical equipment. The nebulizer is top shelf and the equipment you attach it too, a faliure.NEXT DAY FOLLOW UP. It is a disaster. The nebulizer worked outstandingly. The third time I used it, no mist. It would work for about 3 seconds and would stop working. These people should be ashamed to sell to the general public such trash. I am disappointed to the max. Now I need to invest in another unit. I am out $28.00.

So far I love it. It’s virtually silent. Doesn’t scare my kiddo using it. And it’s light weight and not to heavy for her. It’s the perfect travel or on the go option. I’m on my third day using it twice a day. So far battery life seems fine.
