I order this , very soft 💊 to swallow, no bad smells , and I am using just now , is my second time , only on the label I found no direction how to take the pill, empty stomach or with meal, so I taking it with empty stomach and no problem. 😉, good stuff so let see! Thanks ☺️

After trying a few big name weight loss companies, and getting hardly any results, I tried this. I have always loved the Dr. Axe vanilla collagen in powder form. For this product it’s So far, so good. I am only on day 3 and have lost 4lbs. I am exercising daily, drinking more water with ACV in it and trying to eat dark greens or veggies 3x a day (to equal a lb.) and eating lean meats for dinner. I also take a few drops progesterone daily, which I think shifts weight loss too. That being said, I have tried the same process with other products (from the big multi tier marketing schemes) and been disappointed . I will update after a few weeks, too.
