This pillow is freaking amazing I've been searching for pillows for years I just had cervical surgery fusion on my neck The vertebrae c3,4,5&6 and I have not yet slept on it but from what it feels like after taking out enough stuff in out of it cuz it was firm at first but the neck pillow they send to you to store your extra stuffing I put enough in there for the neck pillow and it made the pillow perfect I adjusted the little spot where you put the excess for the neck spot and I offend it out to where it was all nice and soft and even and this thing is perfect I will leave another review later after I sleep on it but from the way it looks it looks amazing I've seen other reviews where people are talking about powder coming out of it when you slap it or whatever when you when you hit the pillow over and over again I did that I got no powder off of this pillow at all this pillow does have a slight new odor to it but it's not bad it's just probably the stuff in the plastic you smell but after I put my pillowcase on it and got it out of plastic the smell dissipated and now it just looks like a brand new pillow and is amazing so I hate having to spend $194 that's tax and everything for this pillow but it's worth it I believe is very soft and it supports my neck and my head I suggest getting the pillowcase from the company called rest and to cooling pillowcase and I put that on it and it's absolutely amazing

One week of sleeping with this pillow and I have not woken up with one neck pain headache at all. I love this thing.

I really like this pillow. I have been through a bunch in the past few months and this is the only one that I actually felt met my needs. I’m a side sleeper that likes a “softer” pillow, but also I need the support, and this pillow meets both of those needs.I tried the Purple Harmony tall and medium loft and the tall was too high, the medium was too low, so having the ability to adjust this to my needs was great!I ended up taking some of the filling out to bring down the loft some, I almost have it perfect I think.I am not sure I have ever tried a pillow I would give 5 starts to, but this one is close.

Best pillow ever

Have been using for a few weeks and my TMJ symptoms have almost completely gone away. Side sleeper that tends to crunch the pillow and my jaw. Wish I had gone for the big size!

Last year, my wife and I bought a Purple mattress that we have been very happy with. When I realized that the pillow that I had not replaced was worn out, I decided to try a Purple pillow. I followed the instructions and adjusted the amount of fill over two nights until it felt right. Since then, it has been the most comfortable pillow that I have ever had, and there is no feeling in the morning that my neck needs to 'crack' or anything like that.
