The sound quality is clear, and I have no complaints in that regard; it met all my expectations.I did experience an issue with the first mask I received, as it wouldn’t charge. However, the seller responded immediately and resolved the issue without delay. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.I primarily use the mask at home, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness on airplanes or in noisy outdoor settings. However, if you’re looking for something to use at home, I believe this is well worth the investment.

I purchased this mask a little over a year ago, and it’s great. My husband and I both have one and use it next to each other. They provide complete blackout, and we cannot hear each other's audio next to each other.My mask broke just before the one-year warranty was up, and they provided exceptional service, responding promptly and sending me a new device when mine wouldn't turn on.This is a great product that has served its purpose well. The velcro strap accommodates different-sized heads, and the material is very comfortable and breathable. Since owning it, I have bought multiple as gifts. It is worth the purchase, and I highly recommend it!

I bought these awhile back and just started using them. They have plenty of room over your eyes and the Velcro strap for the back makes it easy to adjust so it’s not too tight or too loose. I love that there is nothing that goes inside your ears. Helps me go to sleep easier. I can hear the sound even with a large fan blowing.I have to come back and say that I have suffered with insomnia since the late ‘90s. Even with prescription drugs, I have still never felt rested. I don’t dread going to bed at night. My husband can watch ESPN all he wants, and I haven’t a clue when he turns it off. I think I will buy a second set on the off chance that something “might” happen to them and I wouldn’t want to wait on any shipping at all. Best money I’ve ever spent.

I actually love this sleep mask with headphones. The battery life seems to be adequate, it blocks light really well and the on-off and volume buttons work fine. I didn't even think about whether I could use it for phone calls but when my phone rang while I was listening to music, I was able to answer it and not have to hold my phone to my head. Bonus!I've been using it to listen to positive affirmations or binaural beats as I go to sleep. It's comfortable and stays in place. In fact, I like it so much better than my earbuds or other types of headphones that I'm thinking of getting one of the sweatband types that I can wear during the day.

This mask with speakers is amazing! It is so comfortable to wear while sleeping. I can’t even feel the speakers against my ear, while laying on my side. The speaker sound is excellent and volume controls are perfect. It appears I can only star rate it as a four, no clue why, but my actual rating is 5 stars!

I've had this for a couple of years now. I like that I can move the speakers around and I've never had any problems with it not working. My issue though, is this is a sleep mask. People are using it to try to sleep. So, when the battery gets low, and a loud robotic female Asian voice interrupts whatever you're listening to literally yell "BATTERY LOW" every two minutes, it doesn't tend to help you sleep. Good luck getting back to sleep after it jolts you awake, because it also turns the volume up to yell at you. Then, this is followed by "POWER OFF" also yelled at you. Definitely a design flaw that they need to fix.

Love these work great strap part was way to big so I had to cut and re stitch so it would fit right
