Charm fell apart within HOURS of her wearing it and she didn’t even do anything to it. She’s been wearing a pandora bracelet and charms for years so I really don’t know …. I’m just seriously disappointed

Imitation. Pandora does not have a charm like this. You can tell the quality is cheap. Charm came in plastic bag title Taiwan. This isn't a Pandora charm.

I bought this for myself to bring me luck and it is beautiful! The problem is that the horseshoe isn't that lucky and keeps getting caught on things. Mostly my hair but it has also gotten caught on shirts, jackets, blankets, etc. No joke, it even got caught on my cat at one point. If you're not going to wear it all of the time, you'll probably be fine. However, if you do want to wear it all of the time, consider one of the other charms without the horseshoe.
