The Shosh brush is useless and it is a waste of money. Bulky, impractical and difficult to handle. Please beware that once bought the product cannot be returned. The Shosh Arabia company claims to have a return policy but actually they don’t accept returns. To accept a return the company has a 3-day and no touch policy. While the product arrives sealed, the customer is not allowed to open the seal and he has to request a return within a maximum of 3 days from the date the product is received. This says everything about that company and their return policy : I regret buying it !!

The product is truly exceptional and of the highest quality. I am grateful for Shosh's efforts in creating something that brings me comfort every day.
