Beautiful knife that functions like a dream!
Best filet knife I’ve ever used! It cut the tenderloin into paper thin slices for lettuce wraps. My husband asked for this knife to filet fish and he says it was so easy to use and cuts cleanly without damaging the fish. It has just enough flexibility without sacrificing strength. And the blade sharpness is a delight! The wood handle is beautiful and fits our hands just right.

Great knife at a reasonable price.
Fantastic knife straight out of the box. Cuts beautifully and makes trimming meat a pleasure. Simply a well made, purpose built tool. So far it has held it's edge nicely. Time will tell on that front, but so far, so good. I've had it a few months. This knife is not cheap, but it is by no means the spendiest knife out there. Again, buying in the middle has saved me money with no perceivable loss of function.

don’t hesitate wonderful sharp all around use
blade is very sharp as statedIt’s well made and looks very durableOnly drawback on design is it could have better designThe space between blade s beginning and handle is wasted space making itLess easy to use for a normal sized woman’s hand and it was all I could find for a kitchen knife use for things needing very sharp but I am using it for peeling potatoes and as a fruit peeler and slicerwonderful to peel tomatoes and slice thinI also use for making chicken strips and cubes and soup meat so don’t et it stop from buying this is wonderful just would have felt less weldsIt’s my main knife for everythingAll aroundMy old knife brokeI wanted a sharp inexpensive knife that cuts more than butter but I found it’s eomderful for slicing off a pat of butterHint we also need a paring knife that’s sharp which is about 5- inches long up to 6Incheste bulk of what is d ss old in our low population less than 6 thousand are cheap not worth much except as a pretty handleI’ll admit I paid $ for one and found a set of silverware ones worked ok for butterBut they do not sell a working paring knife in our town and the same main store manager removed hand sewing needles from shelf until I they got enough people requesting needles small enough to sew on a buttonBut this needle you will not regret

Knife to have
Nice weight on the handle, was heavier than I expected. I used it to cut the skin off halibut and it work nicely.

Great knife, sharp, nice finish
Great knife. Comes super sharp. Finish exceptional. The shape and heft of handle fits well in my hand in use. The appearance of the Pakkawood (I think) looks nice. I have oil rubbed the handle which brings out a luster and likely will keep it looking nicer longer. Cuts well and I use on much more than just filleting.
