I've tried other mixes before but this one I think is the highest quality. What I like is the effect mainly, it helps me relax or zonk out for an afternoon stress release nap or before bedtime. Wonderfully it clears my nasal passages too so it is doing great things for my immune system health. I wake from an afternoon nap without any grogginess and I feel energized and refreshed after a 30 minute to 45 minute period and I think I am even hitting REMS during this short time. Never before have I tried anything like this and I am sure that my health will benefit greatly. Before bed for faster unwind maybe with Chamomile would be great. Half dose in the morning for that mental Zen you are looking for. All around this is the best mix IMO.

I wanted to find a powder I could mix with my Community Coffee Dark Roast Coffee. This is it! I put a full scoop in the cup first, then the hot liquid. It mixes in without residue floating at the top, and there is absolutely no earthy or dirt taste at all. In fact, I slip it into my husband’s coffee and he doesn’t even taste it.

This is amazing. I've always heard good things about mushroom mixes. And I finally decided to get this and start adding it to my green tea almost every day. I had these pains in my body, nerve and muscle pains and I would do some exercises to get them to calm down. However since taking these now for six weeks within about a week to two weeks those pains went away. I am very happy I finally broke down and bought this mushroom mix. It's pretty cheap for what it does to your body.

First time trying this blend. I added 1/2 scoop with my coffee. It did not change the flavor much. It definitely cleared some of the brain fog I’ve been dealing with from tbi. Also, felt an energy boost but not the jittery kind you get from caffeine or energy drinks. Will see how it fares over time.

Has all of the essential mushrooms I was looking for and a very mild mushroom taste. It goes great in coffee and is much more affordable than the mushroom coffees. Plus I dont drink caffeinated beverages so this goes right the decaf. I love the quality and that its organic too. I will certainly be purchasing this again!

Veloto is a high quality product at a great price!I am going to compare "Veloto Mega Mushrooms" to the popular Whole Foods supplier "OM Master Blend".Both: 10 x organic superfood mushrooms grown in the US that are 3rd party lab tested for purity with no fillers. (slightly different formulas)OM Master Blend is 10 types of whole mushrooms.Mega Mushrooms are 10x (concentrate) of 10 types of different mushroom (according to Amazon Q&A but not on packaging or Website).Effect: Mega Mushrooms give me a lot of focus. I also notice a detoxification effect! They are powerful so I recommend a MAXIMUM of 1 scoop at a time (directions say 1/2 scoop).Taste: Mega Mushrooms are more earthy tasting than OM.Texture: Mega Mushrooms are more sticky and do not absorb in distilled water as easily. The mushrooms stuck to the glass bowl and glass during this experiment (see pictures). This gives me concerns about digestability.Price: Mega Mushrooms are significantly lower price.Bottom LIne: Both are high quality products and deliver results (the different blends of mushrooms and potency can effect these results. I am a little concerned about the Mega Mushrooms stickiness and digestibility however the effects are quite good. The whole mushroom blend that OM offers is going to offer different benefits from the concentrated Mega Mushroom Blend so alternating these products could be a good strategy for overall health. If you are on a budget the Mega Mushrooms from Veloto is a good option.

I’ve been using mushroom powders for a long time and decided to try this one, mainly to help with meds side effect (brain fog). It tastes incredible. Mixes well with coffee or simply by itself with coconut powder, which I also use. The taste is also very good and it seems pure compare to other brands/products. Will try the entire bag and get back with an update.
