I wish I could give more than 5 stars - this is the best! Both my husband and I have used it for relief of lower back issues. The 3-level heat option is great, and the 3-level massage is awesome! We both love that it is cordless, so we can still move about while using it. The battery charges easily, and has a fairly long charge. The heat/massage sessions are about 30 minutes and turn off automatically. Also, super portable - throw it in your travel bag, suitcase, whatever! Highly recommend!

I'd give it 6 stars if I could!!!!!! I use it for the heat. After 30 minutes it turns off but the neoprene material holds the heat for a long time. Just turn it back on when you want. Sometimes I wear it very low, sometimes high for my mid-back. I don't really use the vibrating setting, it's a bit noisy to use at my work desk but my Mom loves the vibration (she has the same belt and loves it, I bought mine after trying hers). I've taken it camping and it was nice to wear on chilly nights as a bit of extra warmth. My friends were jealous haha!

The title "heating pad" does not do justice to this remarkable back support/waist trimmer. Quality construction, just the right width and most of all the dual strap fastening system. The heat function is most noticeable when sitting on a chair. Gets quite warm. Stays snug after putting it on. Recently had lumbar back surgery and this support belt is perfect for keeping everything in place during the recovery phase.

OMG THIS IS HEAVEN SENT. I WAS IN BAD WRECK 2 YRS AGO N I AM STILL IN THERAPY. I CAN HARDLY DO ANYTHING WITHOUT BEING IN EXTREME PAIN. I GOT THIS HOPING IT WOULD HELP MY BACK PAIN N I TRIED SOON AS I GOT IT N IT WAS TERRIFIC. IT EASED MY PAIN RIGHT AWAY.I WAS JUST SAYING DAYS BEFORE I FOUND THIS I WISH THEY MADE SOMETHING THAT COULD MASSAGE MY BACK CAUSE HARD TO DO YOURSELF. THIS HAS 3 DIFFERENT MODES OF MASSAGE N OMG IT FEELS SOOOOOO GOOD

I have veen using this for four hours a day four days a week for three months. I have bought two of these and will not be buying a third.##BATTERY##The battery is fine. What comes with the product only lasts for five cycles (roughly two and a half hours), however both the product and the included battery are compatible with other USB batteries, so it doesn't matter. I can daisy chain another battery into the included one. I can hot-swap another battery. Battery life is irrelevant.##HEAT##This gets hot. This product gets very, very hot. It has the potential to cause burns, do not place directly on skin. You do not realize how hot it gets until you lean back against it and it's like laying directly onto a glowing hot stove. Very hot. Very good.##VIBRATION##While the vibrating patterns are fun, I would prefer weak, medium, strong over on, pulse, or rattle.##COMFORT AND PAIN RELIEF##This product is plenty as a back brace even if you choose to keep the battery unplugged. Very effective and useful even during the summertime. Exceptionally effective and useful during the winter. 10/10 this keeps me from megadosing Ibuprofen and slaughtering my kidneys.##EASE AND PORTABILITY##Slap it on, plug it in, turn it on, and let it run. Don't like the heat? Just dont turn that on. Because of the auto shut off feature, I almost have to use the vibration function in order to know when to turn it back on. I can either choose to be angry that I disnt ask for this feature, or I can choose to use it. I choose utility.##LIFESPAN##Once again, the wiring only lasts for three months. This makes it w rather poor investment compared to some back braces that I've used with similar features, similar price, that have lasted multiple years before being retired.##CONCLUSION##While I absolutely praise this back brace for everything that's good about it, the fact that it just breaks after a while is not okay.

Not perfect, but it gives relief. It is portable to wear at work. vibration and heat are both more than adequate. It is great because I move a lot at work. Walmart Greeter/Host/AP.... I have not used the original battery as I had a slightly larger one that I use...
