I have been attempting to use this product, but encountered technical difficulties. I've tried contacting them via two email addresses. One is listed in Minsk, and does not work, and the other shows a California address, but they do not respond. If anyone knows how to reach these people please let me know - but otherwise, the product has been useless to me.

This device tracks my dog really well especially when i take him to the doggy Park, i can see where he is. Sometimes it’s confusing to put together but it was worth it

Did not work. Very poor product. We could not get this product to pair with the phone.

I could not get the devise to bond to the cell phone app. and when I asked for support I did not get a response at all.
