I'm impressed with the video quality, especially at this price.The install is about as simple as any other wired backup camera. I had a wireless, but the video signal was choppy at best.Using it at night is fine with my backup lights. If I turn it on without being in reverse (no lights) the picture gets pretty grainy, but still useable.The only issue, minor and expected, is that my plate is directly below the liftgate handle, so it took a couple of days to get used to opening the hatch without bumping into the camera.

This is a $10 camera, or at least that is the price I paid and what it is at the time of writing this. My expectations around this camera are based on that price point, not what some other cameras cost that are 4-10x the cost. I already had a third party camera that was attached to a Pioneer head unit (not OEM) in a truck I bought a couple of years ago. After owning the truck for a year the sun cooked the original camera and I finally decided to replace it. Looking at the existing wiring I just needed a camera that had RCA connections which this does. My old camera and wiring had an audio wire but I didn't care about that since I never heard anything from the previous camera. I also wanted to have the camera a bit higher up since the old one was mounted on the bumper which meant I was seeing a lot of the bumper on the screen.It was super easy to remove my old camera and hook this one up. It worked when I put the truck into reverse and it looked good enough on my screen. I doubt my screen would allow for a better resolution quality camera, but this one looks better than my old one did.

This camera has great flexiblity, but picture isn't quite correct.....little harsh and out of focus

Easy to install

For the price it’s a pretty good camera, image is clear day and night. Easy to install and it’s nice it came with two different mounting brackets. License plate bracket seems pretty sturdy.

They work but definitely don’t last... I think I get about 6-8 months out of them

Nice camera very clear picture I won't say easy installation because it's never easy hiding wires but the camera itself is easy to install but worth any headaches run the camera into my pioneer avh 120 by amazing picture

Not bright at all and has choppy view. The quality sucks. And i have yet to see if it is waterproof.
