Works great. I really only bought it for the Allen key tools on my AR 15 and 10 platforms. It seems it leans more to long guns like lever actions and shotguns. But of great quality and a name you can count on. Would recommend.

Tool itself is solid and was an excellent addition to my range bag. Have used it many times over. During my second use, one of the driver bits broke (torx T10) during hand tightening a grip screw. Could have been a defect in the metal during hardening. Whatever the cause, I contacted Real Avid, and the company stood by its product and shipped me a replacement bit at no charge.

I love my tool I use this at least three times a week. I have purchased two of these one for home and one for travel. My only complaint is that the bits break off randomly. Not to be confused with stripping. The entire bit will break into like a toothpick. I just wish the company made it so that you can order the individual pieces from the website after they broke OR they forged them a little stronger.Conclusion: great tool worth the money I am a firearms manufacturer so I do a lot of work. For most people you're not going to have the problems I do And for anybody that puts together a weapon once or twice a year or even once a month this is probably perfect for you.

Excellent product but the Real Avid customer service department must be asleep.I received my Gun Pro Tool on time and in good order with one exception...the choke gauge wrench feature wouldn't lock in place as it's supposed to like all of the other tools. So I sent an email to them on their "Contact Us' page at their website asking if this could be corrected. That was more than a week ago and I haven't heard a word from them yet. I'll probably keep the tool since it's otherwise such a good one, but I just wish Real Avid's customer service department was as good as its engineering and design department.Any manufacturing process is likely to have an occasional problem and that's OK. It's how a company handles those occasional problems that determines their effectiveness as a customer service organization. No customer with a defective product likes to be ignored. I'm looking at you, Real Avid, when I say that!

Decent quality and value, I ordered these for the guys in my shop for end of year gifts. They were very well received and seem as though they would cost more than they are. They come as shown and fit and finish are great considering the price point. I will buy again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I think it is a great compact tool to keep in your range bag, I have a bunch of guys that shoot regularly at the shop so i figured they'd like it as a gift. I bought myself the upgraded version for the AR and Im very happy with too.
