Everything you need! The removal was fairly easy, although there was an extra screw - different than the ones that were provided - holding the old home button in place that I had to remove (note that there is a little nut under it). I was also a little confused with the replacement because I there was a white piece of tape on the back of the new home button that I wasn't sure if I should remove but overlapped with the third screw hole (just snipped a little piece of the white tape off). The installation may not have been perfectly done by me, but everything is working perfectly.

Knowing that the fingerprint scan won't work from reading previous reviews, it is a decent product. It doesn't feel the same on my phone, and I have to press it at a certain angle and with much more pressure, but nonetheless, it works. For the price, I was expecting a mediocre product and am happy that it just works.

Upon close inspection of this item, I suspect it was either previously used or certainly not "original" as the description claims. The rubber gasket was already attached to the home button and not attached to the adhesive backing as pictured. In addition, the bar code on the ribbon cable had a been sloppily covered with a dab of black paint, therefore obscuring it. To me, this was an apparent attempt to make it impossible to identify its origin or 'fingerprint'. I intend to return it to the seller immediately.

I ordered this and installed this as we speak, but the touch id doesn't work, the button does though. It is said on your product that this is touch id, but it doesn't work.

Fixed an old phone. The fingerprint reader does not work-but that wasn’t promised. Everything works perfectly. I read some reviews that said the button doesn’t have the same feel as the original. That is because the installation of the rubber gasket was done wrong. If you install it correctly, it will work just fine. I would recommend this product.
