Houdini Lock Lube Set of 2

This stuff is much better than using WD40 for locks.

Pros: Houdini works as advertised.Cons: Wish product was packaged in smaller, non aerosal bottle for precise application.I have three Master locks, 4 digit combination locks used on trailer. Winter time usually involves dealing with frozen locks, getting the shackle to release. In the past I used wd40 or other lubricants. The Locks are over 10 years old and work fine, until it gets cold. Researched and found Houdini Lock Lube, and gave it a try. I set the lock on a pie tin and warmed in the oven at 250 for 30 min or so to dry out any moisture. After letting it cool down, I liberally sprayed the shackle, the combination wheels and key holes. Let it set and work for a bit, worked the lock, reapplied the lube and worked the combination lock several times again. Installed on the trailer and surprised the lock performed as intended after outside for several days. Only hiccup was one of the combination wheels was frozen solid and had to apply heat to unfreeze. Repeated the process with the oven , but soaked the lock in acetone for 10 min to help loosen any smootz still in the lock. Reapplied Houdini and installed. Overnight the temps were around zero, this morning all three locks performed without mishaps. Only fault I have is wishing Protextall had packaged this in a liquid form to allow concise application for easier application when lubing combination locks. I highly recommend this product. Works as advertised.

Seems like it works on a lot of things and it smells nice, too.

Works awesome on locks hinges anything

This is an excellent product and worth the price. I put out a very large Christmas display at Church and spray every electrical connection. It displaces moisture and helps keep the GFI from tripping. It’s also good for locks, and anything that needs lubricants. I recommend using it.

Works excellent as a lock lubricator

A locksmith that I used recommended the Houdini lock lube and I use on the locks mon my RV. Since it used only about once a month some of the pocks get a little tight. The Houdini Lock Lube works great! Highly recommended.

Our local locksmith is never without his Houdini. Great product.
