After finding out that I can get my hands on a Japanese style Bidet in the UK I was thrilled.First of all the delivery was super fast.The heat settings and functions for drying etc are amazing. Fortunately my Father has experience with installing plugs / sockets (electrical) and plumbing skills or it will be difficult to assemble.We connected the plug that is outside the bathroom and installed a plug inside the bathroom with a fuse box and various other things.You do need to purchase additional items to get the UK toilet plug in the bathroom and cover the cables.Most importantly there is a serious electrical risk so you will need skills to ensure it is safe and there is no risk of being electrocuted. We don’t have any young children in the home so most of us have common sense to keep it dry at all times but if you have young children who will be in proximity, consider making it as safe as possible and keep the plugs away from water.We have a fuse box installed and a device to make sure to cut the power if it gets wet.If you don’t have the knowledge, it’s recommended to hire someone to safely install the device and it didn’t take more than 3/4 hours to sort everything.I am super excited to use the product and will be looking to purchase more to upgrade all of the toilets in our home.10/10 👏👏

This is my second Japanese style bidet and I thought I would go for a cheaper model that cost half as much as my previous Costco one.Everything is good EXCEPT the water pressure which is frankly pathetic. I'll try to leave it to your imagination, but the spray is no more than a dribble and does not really do the job effectively.Such a shame as the remote control and the aesthetics of the unit are excellent.

this toilet seats stopped working in 5 month, warm water spray stopped working as well and continues disconnecting. Poor quality item very 😥

Not as easy to install as indicated requires a plumber and an electrician who both commented that the instructions lacked clarity. Being disabled I was having problems cleaning effectively but this does it all for you . First water nice and warm apart from the first blast Wind temp for the blower is adjustable as is water and seat temp. It's great for me. First time I've felt really clean in a long time Recommended by the Ocupational Therapist otherwise I might not have looked at one but it's great .

Wonderful seat. Just make sure you are covering sensor part to be able to have all functions.Pls buy it as works really nice.

I have had several bidet toilet seats before that I have purchased through online bathroom stores for between 3 and 4 hundred pounds but this is so much better. I can't believe how cheap it is when it's so much better than my previous buys. Ones I had before had fixed buttons on the side of the seat but this is much easier with the remote control. Everything is great but The only downside is the instructions on how to use aren't very good.
